All Pakistan Intervarsity Male Table Tennis Championship was Organized by MUST

All Pakistan Intervarsity Male Table Tennis Championship was organized by Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur. Events started on November 03 and ended on November 06. The well-organised event is the result of countless efforts of the director of sports and director of physical education of MUST and due to their hard work and dedication, MUST got the opportunity to host such a prestigious event. And accomplish it in a mesmerising way.

Here’s a brief report of the event. The Higher Education Commission gave the responsibility to MUST University for Male Table Tennis Zone D and then the Final Round competitions. In this Final Round, 14 Zones and 02 previous runners-up and winner teams were to participate in a total of 16 teams. The final match was between University Central Punjab Lahore and Islamia University Bahawalpur and won by UCP.

Result:
Central Punjab University Gold Medal, Islamia University Bahawalpur Silver Medal and UMT Lahore Bronze Medal and BZU Multan stood fourth. Iqra University, Karachi, Agriculture, Tandojam, and Quetta could not participate.

Mohammad Asif Assistant Director of Sports from HEC was present as an observer in this mega event. In this event, the technical umpiring committee in which Rashid Mehmood PTI, Iman, Moazm and Waqar Saleem were the chief umpires have performed the duties of all the matches in a good manner under their supervision. On the occasion of the prize distribution ceremony, Organizing Secretary, Director Sports Abid Hussain congratulated the first, second, third and fourth position holders.
