Two Days Training/Workshop of University CMS Coordinators Organized by QEC MUST for the Data Preparation of University Portfolio Report 2021-22

Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur has organized two-days training with the title, “Two Days Training/Workshop of University CMS Coordinators for the Data preparation/updation of University Portfolio Repot 2021-22”, on 21-22 July 2022.

Day-1:

Training was organized in the Mechanical Engineering Hall at City Campus. CMS coordinators of the following faculties participated in the training:

1. Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences.

2. Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities.

3. Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.

The participants were engaged to fill the excel sheets of University-wide data provided by the HEC. Coordinators were guided by the QEC Team on the acquisition of required data from the CMS coordinators’ accounts.

During the interactive session, all the coordinators participated positively and filled the sheets for one program of their respective departments.

They were directed to fill the sheets for the remaining programs accordingly, till Monday 25 July, 2022.

Day-2:

Training was organized at the QEC office (MUST Old Secretariat Campus). CMS coordinators of the following faculties participated in the training:

1. Faculty of Engineering and Technology.

2. MUST Business School.

3. Faculty of Health and Medical Science Sciences.

MUST Pallandri Campus coordinators attended the training online using Microsoft Teams. All CMS Coordinators were trained to fill the excel sheets of University-wide data. The coordinators filled the sheets for one program of their respective departments to understand the nature of required data.

At the closing session Director QEC appreciated all the coordinators for their active participation and interest.
